YOUR Design and Build Journey:
FINDING A SECTION.
Whether you have your own section or need help finding one, ask our friendly New Homes Consultants to assist you with starting your new home journey. We can also help you obtain any required surveys and Geo-technical reports.
WISH LIST & PRELIMINARY CONCEPT.
Your wish list is very important to us. Our experienced architectural designers take pride in ensuring your home is custom tailored to suit your lifestyle. This is the time to discuss all the important elements you want for your home and start visualizing what the ideal home looks like for you. We offer a custom design service, which delivers a unique home design specifically suited to your needs, budget and style. Our team will partner with you to get your design just right. We provide 3 concept reviews, all of which is of no cost to the client.
When your design is completed, we will quote your build free of charge. Your build can take up to 3 weeks to be priced, depending on the complexity, and upon that provided with a full quote and specification. This will detail all inclusions and exclusions for your build.
CONTRACT & DOCUMENTATION.
We will provide you with your own personal client folder, which will obtain your contract agreement, design specification and concept plans. Upon signing this documentation, a contract deposit will be invoiced to you. When your deposit payment is received, your plans will be scheduled for council submission and final construction drawings will commence.
COUNCIL SUBMISSION & CONSENT.
Construction drawings will be submitted to Council to receive building consent. We allow 4 weeks for construction drawings to be completed. An additional 20 working days is required to process construction drawings through Council. We also arrange any necessary engineering reports to be completed and submitted as per Council requests. You will be notified when your plans have be consented. Construction will commence 3 weeks after consent has been granted. This allows time for the initial building inspection to be carried out.
Colour selections and final decisions will be a breeze with our expert team assisting you. We will arrange your first selections meeting prior to your plans going to council, giving you plenty of time to explore options and chose the perfect finishing touches for your home.

When your plans are approved by council, we will assign you to a dedicated Project Manager who will make sure your build runs smoothly and the quality of your home is top notch. They will communicate with you regularly so you know exactly how your build is tracking. Complementing this, we provide all clients with access to our online platform which further informs you of how your build is progressing.
This is the most important part of the process, the day we hand you the keys to your new home! We make sure your house is completed to a high standard and deliver you with a home we are proud of. A thorough quality control check will be carried out and we issue your Master Builders 10-year guarantee.
Your home is complete. It’s time to move in!
