International Women’s Day gives us a great reason to highlight the ladies that work for us.
Many of you will have met Claire who runs our client services, ensuring clients have someone to talk to about any changes needing to be made. She also coordinates with our two in-house consultants (Tracey and Lyz) and ensures that by the time the house is ready to be built, all the information is there and available for the project managers.
Aimee is our estimator, and ensures that we know what it costs to build your dream home. She is in charge of maintaining our pricing tools and engaging with suppliers and trade. We’ve loved watching and supporting Aimee as she takes on the challenge of becoming a Quantity Surveyor.
Quite literally our project managers agree that without Alice things would be quite messy from a coordination perspective! She keeps everyone (from our suppliers to the Project Managers) in a straight line, making sure our materials and services are delivered on time.
Rachel works through the hundreds and hundreds of invoices that come in each month, reconciling them and keeping a close eye on the in and outs. Working together with Aimee, Claire and Alice has been instrumental in reducing all sorts of wastage within our business which benefit our clients.
Leilani is very important to us and leads the drafting team with dedication and purpose. She ensures every technical detail associated with a house build is developed and put in place.
Kerina takes on the task of translating our clients wishes and wants (and all our scribbles, notes and drawings) into house concepts, that later become their physical homes. She possesses an amazing ability to ensure that the concepts comply with the myriad of complicated and convoluted rules that give most the heebeegeebees.
For help in working through internal fixtures and colour choices, we work alongside Tracey and Lyz who are consultants in this area. They are invaluable in helping our clients work through the numerous choices out there.
One of our founding members Danielle is taking some time off to do her most important role of mother to twin boys. Dani’s legacy at Anthem is large and we still stand on the foundations she laid.
A few other ladies worth a special mention have also made large contributions to Anthem and its growth.
Anna, for your continued support.
Sarah, creator of our early systems and pretty much established the original supply infrastructure.
Helen laid the foundations for our client services role, and worked so hard for us. And lastly we need to thank Kirstie, who helped us build our online presence and for her forever happy can-do attitude.
Every Anthem home we build, has a rich contribution from our talented and committed group of women, and not one of our builds would be possible without their contribution.
